Tracy Thomas Hickey, 57, of Ocean View, Del., died Sept. 1, 2017. He was born May 9, 1960, in New London, Conn., to Robert Lee Hickey Sr. and Ella Elizabeth “Faye” Hickey.
Always quick with a joke, Hickey enjoyed making others laugh. He loved the outdoors, crabbing and fishing. He loved music, especially Stevie Ray Vaughan. He will be remembered by his family as a devoted and loyal father, brother and friend to anyone who ever knew him.
Hickey is survived by his wife, Brenda Hickey; a daughter, Bethany; a son, David; stepdaughter, Kristin Daisey; grandchildren Bruce Johnson Jr. and Kayalynn Hickey; his mother, Faye Hickey; his brothers, Bob Hickey, Larry Hickey and Chris Hickey; and sister, Sheila Phillips.
