Terry L. Stumbaugh, 69, of Millsboro, Del., died Sunday, March 26, 2017, at home. He was born in Washington, D.C., son of the late Seibert Stumbaugh and Phyllis (Ensminger) Stumbaugh.
He was a retired auto mechanic and teacher, and had served in the U.S. Army.
Stumbaugh was preceded in death by his stepson, Michael Burgess. He is survived by his wife, Catherine A. Stumbaugh; three sons, Curtis Stumbaugh, and Scott Stumbaugh, both of Pennsylvania, and Timothy Stumbaugh of Maryland; a daughter, Melissa L. Stumbaugh of Millsboro; a stepson, Shaun Burgess of Maryland; a sister, Kay Young of Pennsylvania; and three grandchildren.
