Essie L. Atkins, 97, of Frankford, Del., born Feb. 8, 1919, passed from this life on Sunday, Aug. 21, 2016.
Services will be held Saturday, Aug. 27, 2016, at 11 a.m., with a public viewing at 10 a.m., at the Apostolic Faith Church of Jesus Christ the Lord, 30839 Mt. Joy Road, Millsboro, Del.
